"We wanted to take a public bus to Alberobello. It never showed up, and many frustrated passengers at the bus stop. When a bus arrived (almost 1 hour too late), we couldn't take it because we didn't know that we had to buy tickets in advance in a tobacco shop. Very bad information for tourists who wanted to use public transport. So we didn't come to Alberobello this time (which was one of our main goals). "
